Srila Gurudeva with the artist giving darsan
First and foremost, everyone who worked on the website wants to offer their sincere thanks and humble respects to Sri Srila BV Narayana Maharaja our Gurudeva, inspiration, guide, mentor and friend. We hope those who visit the site will be inspired to meet and associate with him, either in person or through his books, lectures and teachings. We are confident you will find a personal exchange with him a life changing experience and encourage you to contact him through this website.
To give credit were credit is due, we first have to thank Kulashaker das of Strategemedia (Oregon) for advising on the aesthetic and intrinsic value of Giclée prints. “Kula”, as he is affectionately known to everyone, pointed us in the right direction and advised on the best Giclée production houses, the latest in print technology and also colour corrected all the super-high-resolution scans of Syamarani’s work.
Credit for site design, hosting and webmastering goes to Dharma Web Design.com. Manju Dasi is project coordinator responsible for business management, site content and copyright management and protection. If you want to use any of Syamarani's work for publication purposes, please contact Manju for obtaining legal permission. Vamsivadhana prabhu has assisted Manju by offering advise and providing material support to the project. Syamalata dasi got the ball rolling by developing early prototype versions of the website. She further supported the design and development team with advise and helped with site testing and content checking.
Bharata das and Nityananda das offered valuable advise and hands-on direction with marketing, artist management and public relations. Their individual and combined efforts have helped create vision and direction for the project. Mahaprabhu das also contributed to this essential aspect of the project. Niscintya prabhu lent his vital energy in a variety of ways, earning himself the title of “honorary fixer”.
Vishvambara das of BhaktiProjects.org provided advise on retail sales, order fulfilment and customer relations. Brajanath das was readily available to the various team members throughout the project development cycle. We all appreciate his sage advise and support.
Vasanti dasi kept the communication flowing between the artists and the various team members. Bhudhara das acted as referee, word-smith and web-know-it-all. Lucky for him everyone knew what they were doing and had a good time doing it too! Many, many thanks to everyone else who lent a hand, wished us well or stayed out of the way.
